We had JC Security come to install a doorbell/intercom system into an old building with 3 apartment units. The guys that came were knowledgeable and efficient. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after the project was completed. We had these installed last October 2014 and it has been working out great for almost 6 months now. Gabriel was very professional over the phone and gave a very fair price for the equipment and installation. I would recommend them and will look to hiring them again for other locksmith, handyman, security system installations.

There was an update to the firmware for our door system that I believed I was capable of handling myself. I was wrong. I did call JC Security and, as always, they responded immediately and sent Zach to the rescue. Zach was at our house (in a mask) at the time he said he will, was professional, and quite knowledgeable. He fixed/updated our system and our neighbors system very fast. He was a pleasure to deal with. This is the third time our building used Lock & Tech and each time they have delivered great service.

The sales person offered IP cameras and we’ve decided to go ahead with that. The crew that came to do the installation and the set up was very professional and efficient and they did a great job! This system is very high-quality and budget friendly. I definitely recommend them!

I don’t really like to write reviews but I decided to write a review for this company because of their professionalism and awesome support. I called JC after years of installing my system because I needed answers to questions that were already answered to me during the installation process. The owner accommodated me and walked me through the procedure(again!). That’s what I call great customer service. They pick up their calls right away and they are willing to work with you.. Their security system is clear and the price is reasonable. A million thanks to you JC for helping me yesterday.
